A leading, outstanding dining pub group known for its exceptional standards, town or country style, fresh food and traditional 'good pub' operation. This role requires someone from a quality fresh food background combined with an understanding of pub management, so the ideal candidate would be from a fresh food dining pub. The Role... Working at Deputy level in a variety of pubs within a radius of Chester, you will be: Meeting and managing each team Seeing and learning the differing operations in each site Managing shifts Using your own ideas and knowledge to help each site manager move forward with their own site Eventually when you are confident of the operation and fully understand their ethos and when the right site comes up you will be moved into your own site either at strong Deputy or perhaps Site Manager level What You Need to be... As previously started this role requires manager from quality busy food lead pubs with an excellent knowledge of food and wine, although service is relaxed the standards are high and you need to fit into this style You will be level headed, warm approachable person who demonstrates a clear passion for your role and for leading your tean to strive for excellence You will have a love of the old fashioned simple, pub and ensure your customers are at all times enjoying a great atmosphere, clean and well maintained surroundings, quality simple food and good beer and wine. A great opportunity for a restaurant or busy cafe style venue trained Manager who is prepared to work 6 days a week whenever required and some evenings at events.

The Role...

• One of the most well loved venues in Leeds, known for its great atmosphere, variety of live music performances, DJ's, great private events venue, great bar and good fresh food served throughout the day.
• Now requiring a Manager to ensure the daytime food operation is run to a professional standard, with quick efficient and friendly service.
• This role also requires someone keen to get involved with running the operation of some events and private parties.
• You will be leading your team, ordering, checking off deliveries and generally managing the venue in the day.

What You Need To Be....

• Flexible, flexible, flexible!! This role is looking for someone who loves the trade, loves their role, wants to be involved as much as possible and is prepared to put in the hours, in return, you will be working with a great crowd, dynamic boss, and enjoy a great working environment, hours usually 10am-8pm, some weeks 5 days, some 6 days depending on event bookings, and some evenings will require you work later if there is an event to run.....so this needs to fit in with your situation.
• You will be at minimum an Assistant Manager in a food lead venue, maybe branded or busy independent background with a good overall managerial experience.
• My Client is looking for someone who understands the music, arts world as many of your events and customers will be linked with this.
• You will be well presented and really professional in manner, with great customer service skills and strong leadership.
