The Role...

  • Working with an excellent Head Chef with a great background who will encourage and develop you.
  • Working within a small brigade catering for only 45 covers so quality and presentation can be focussed on.
  • You will be running a section using only fresh local produce

Mostly straight shifts

What You Need To Be...

  • You will be an energetic and ambitious Chef De Partie
  • A Chef De Partie (or Demi Chef De Partie) who can manage themselves professionally and is dilligent and reliable at work
  • You will be a Chef De Partie trained in fresh food and to a high standard with good stability in each role
  • Looking for a long term position

Focussing on mains  this role requires an experienced Chef De Partie with some experience of all sections to get involved with this busy fast paced restaurant and enjoys pushing themselves and working together with a strong team.
